How many people believe the key to a well-balanced treatment plan or overcoming an obstacle starts with having a positive attitude? Even though a positive attitude can be a very good quality or personality trait. There's a great deal more to dealing with the things life throws at us then having a looking on the bright approach to life. Let's be honest, life is a lot more than just rainbows and lollipops, which means that you need to deal with the good things as well as the bad things life throws our way.
