How many people believe the key to a well-balanced treatment plan or overcoming an obstacle starts with having a positive attitude? Even though a positive attitude can be a very good quality or personality trait. There's a great deal more to dealing with the things life throws at us then having a looking on the bright approach to life. Sometimes society automatically assume that being diagnosed with a mental health issue and being resilient automatically, go hand in hand. The truth is depending on how that individual copes with something, dictates whether or not that individual is resilient or not.
